Rules

1. General Rules

  • You must follow all local and international laws.
  • No fraud, theft, scams, chargebacks, or abusive behavior.
  • No attempts to hack, DDoS, reverse-engineer, scrape, or damage the platform.
  • No posting viruses, malicious files, or harmful code.
  • No offensive, hateful, vulgar, or threatening content anywhere on the site.

2. Account Rules

  • You must keep your password and login information secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity on your account.
  • Users must be 13+; users under 18 need parental permission.
  • Accounts cannot be transferred, shared, or sold.
  • Simpleyy Dev may suspend or terminate any account at any time.
  • Suspended users have 7 business days to provide requested information.
  • Appeals must be submitted through support or the official community.

3. Buying Rules

  • All purchases must be made through Simpleyy Dev checkout.
  • You are buying a license, not product ownership.
  • You must not resell, share, or redistribute any product.
  • Save your purchased files — product availability is not guaranteed forever.
  • You must pay any required taxes or fees.

Refund Rules

  • Only buyers can request refunds.
  • Only Creators can issue refunds (Simpleyy Dev cannot force them).
  • Refund window: 10 days if product does not work or match description.
  • Buyer must contact the Creator first.
  • If no reply in 7 business days, Simpleyy Dev may review the case.

4. Selling Rules (Creators)

  • You must own everything you upload or have proper licenses.
  • Products must contain no malware or harmful code.
  • You must provide real, accurate contact information.
  • PayPal is required for payouts.
  • You must provide reasonable product support.
  • You cannot upload misleading, stolen, or AI-generated spam products.
  • Simpleyy Dev may remove any product at any time.
  • No exclusivity restrictions — you may sell elsewhere.

Fees & Fraud

  • Platform fee: 15.49%
  • Processing fee: 2.61%
  • Withdrawals include a 2% fee + PayPal regional fees.
  • Fraudulent purchases are refunded; your earnings from that sale are reversed.

5. Content Rules

  • No stolen, copyrighted, trademarked, or unlicensed content.
  • No abusive, vulgar, defamatory, or misleading content.
  • No false advertising or fake product claims.
  • All uploads must follow Product Guidelines.

6. Behavior Rules

  • Treat buyers, creators, and staff respectfully.
  • No harassment, spam, or manipulative behavior.
  • No attempts to bypass platform rules or fees.
  • No impersonating staff or other users.

7. Consequences

Breaking rules may result in:

  • Product removal
  • Account suspension
  • Permanent ban
  • Earnings withheld for fraud cases
  • Loss of access to past uploads or purchases
